Recipient data belongs to the agency or its client, who remains the controller. We process it on instruction as a processor, use it for nothing else and return or delete it when the project ends.

Delivery data

Delivery, rejections and opens are recorded — that is the report the agency needs and the basis for billing. Recipients may object at any time.

Suppression list

Unsubscribed addresses are kept so no later campaign can reach them again, including one from a different agency. The list serves that purpose alone.

This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other servers.
