Anti-Spam Policy
We deliver on behalf of agencies, which means we send for clients we never meet. That only works with rules that apply regardless of who commissioned the campaign — and that we enforce even when it costs us the project.
Conditions for every campaign
- Documented consent for every address, individually verifiable, with time and origin — from the agency or from the end client, but it has to exist.
- A working unsubscribe in every message, visible without searching and effective immediately.
- Sender and responsible company identifiable in the message.
- No address data from our campaigns is sold, rented or exchanged.
What we refuse
- Lists whose origin the agency cannot document when we ask.
- Designs that bury the unsubscribe link or make it look inactive.
- Campaigns that conceal the actual sender behind the agency.
- Repeat sends to a list after we flagged its rejection rate.
If you report something
- We confirm receipt and identify the campaign and the agency behind it.
- Reasonable suspicion stops the campaign first; the investigation follows.
- A confirmed violation ends the cooperation, regardless of how much work is in progress.
- Blocklist operators use the same address and receive the evidence their assessment requires.
Report unwanted mail
Send the complete message headers. They show which campaign and which agency a message belongs to — without them we can only guess, and guessing helps nobody.
